Gahhhh! Todays training 2.4km i failed... at least i think i did! Run 6 rounds already 13min 40secs! Need to buck up already! Joey ar, get your knee guard~ Then can run with minimal difficulties already! Today she complained that her knee was stiff, alemak, i can fully understand her condition, identicular to my shoulder rotatory 'malfunction' LOL! Cept that i cant simply go get a shoulder guard, because theres no such thing!! Swimming in work load today, Maths, English, Social Studies and Physics, nvm within 30mins i will complete all of them, hands down wakakaka! P.S My triceps and biceps are seriously hurting!
